VALVITALIA (Suzhou) Valves Co. Ltd, established in 2006, manufactures API6D and API6A ball valves (Trunnion Mounted, Fully Welded, Floating and Cryogenic), Plug, GGC and Actuators (Electrical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic) in compliance with the most important international standards in the Oil&Gas and Power sector.
Production of all types of valves ranges from ½” to 36” with pressures up to Class 2500/10,000 PSA. Materials available are carbon steel, alloy steel for low temperature, stainless steels, duplex, superduplex, inconel.
The factory is located in Suzhou, an hour's drive from Shanghai City Centre, and covers a total area of 60,000 m2, of which 4,000 m2 are used for offices and 28,000 m2 of area under cover, including 4 workshops with In-house Laboratory for material controls, welding department for highly corrosive services, 21 hydraulic and pneumatic test benches for valves and actuators, plus two dedicated areas for cryogenic tests and high-pressure gas tests. The production capacity is around 200,000 valves a year.
