In order to allow you to use our Website and its services, including the possibility of submitting your application and contacting us (hereinafter, the “Services”), the Data Controller needs to collect and process some of your personal data.
Data voluntarily shared by the user
To allow you to contact the Company for assistance or to request spare parts, the Data Controller will collect your name, surname, the company you work for and your email address.
Furthermore, in order to allow you to get in touch with the Company and in particular to contact the offices, plants, agents and distributors, as well as the headquarter, the Data Controller needs to process your name, your surname, your country of origin, the company for which you work, the position you hold in the company, your telephone number, your email address and any other personal data contained in the message you send.
The submission of your spontaneous application requires the processing of your biographical data (name and surname), your email address, as well as personal data included in your curriculum vitae, where attached.
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of mail involves the collection of your name, your surname, your email address, as well as other personal data included in the requests you submit.
Particularly, users who intend to submit their application and curriculum vitae through the Website have to pay from now on the utmost attention to its content, not including for any reason any type of personal data belonging to special categories, as personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as data concerning health or sex life or sexual orientation.
The computer systems and software procedures used for the Website operations acquire, during their normal functioning, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This, except in the case where it is necessary to maintain such data to fulfill regulatory obligations, or to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court.
5. CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data processed will not be disclosed to third parties, but may, however, be shared in relation to the purposes of processing set out above to the following subjects:
