Tecnoforge Fittings & Flanges
TECNOFORGE, known around the world for the production of fittings and flanges, was established in 1965 and since then it has undertaken the expansion of its product range and the improvement of quality through the development of new technologies and the constant renewal of the machinery.
Through the experience gained over the years, it is able to design and produce fittings in carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel, or very high quality special alloys to meet all technical requirements, including specific design with dedicated calculations in accordance with the most stringent international laws and standards. TECNOFORGE’s mission is to ensure that its clients receive the best possible service, always respecting the agreed due dates and meeting every request and any urgency, thanks to its abundant stocks of raw materials, semi-processed and finished products.
TECNOFORGE’s factories are located in northern Italy. One, in Castel San Giovanni (PC), extends over 141,887 square metres, of which 35,790 are under cover, and another, in Arena Po (PV), has an area of 105,610 square metres, of which 16,822 are under cover. They are strategically located close to the European road and rail networks and at short distance from the port of Genoa and Milan’s airports. All fittings up to a maximum size of 24” are produced in Arena Po (PV), including with cold production and mandrel elbows. The flanges and all the fittings with and without welding up to 90” are produced in Castel San Giovanni. Both factories are furnished with avant-garde facilities and equipment and a quality office dedicated to always ensuring compliance with the standards requested by the client.
In order to be able to respond as fully as possible to the requests, TECNOFORGE also has a Trading Division, which enables the formulation of complete offers for comprehensive packages of pipes, forged fittings and special components through a network of qualified suppliers and guaranteed by experienced consolidated over many years.
