Memorandum of Understanding between Valvitalia and Fal Factory for the establishment of a joint venture in Saudi Arabia

We are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Valvitalia and Fal Factory, based in Jubail, for the establishment of a joint venture in Saudi Arabia.

The agreement was signed in Riyadh by Luca Ruggeri, Chief Commercial Officer of Valvitalia, and Eng. Saud Al-Shammary, General Manager of Fal Factory, a subsidiary of Fal Holding Group, in the presence of Damiano Cotula (Executive MBA, PMP®, Engineer), General Manager of the 3F Division.

The joint venture will focus on local manufacturing and maintenance services for engineered flow control solutions and fittings, contributing to the development of local industrial capabilities in the energy and infrastructure sectors, in line with the Kingdom’s localization programs and Vision 2030 objectives.

By combining Valvitalia’s engineering and technological know-how with FAL Holding Group’s local manufacturing footprint and market expertise, the partnership aims to support sustainable industrial growth and long-term value creation within the Saudi ecosystem.
