Valvitalia: strategic agreement signed for the acquisition of a manufacturing site in Wujiang (China)

Valvitalia has signed an agreement with the authorities of the Wujiang Economic & Technological Development Zone (WETDZ) for the assignment of 50-year exploitation rights over an industrial area of about 16,000 square meters in the Wujiang district (Jiangsu province), intended to host a new production plant of the Group. The area, located 4 kilometers from Valvitalia's Suzhou headquarters, will be the basis for a 10 million euro industrial investment and will centralize the Group's production activities in China once it is operational.
