Internal program on health and safety culture

Alongside the initiatives already in place for risk prevention and isolation, Valvitalia has launched a new program dedicated to Health and Safety culture, designed to strengthen in a structured and long-term way the focus on people working in the Group’s plants, construction sites and technical activities.

The first Leadership in Health & Safety workshops involved teams from Italy, the United Kingdom and China, creating opportunities for dialogue between managers and employees to share experiences, improve daily practices and spread greater awareness across the organization.

During the sessions, Valvitalia’s Health & Safety Vision was presented, which will guide behaviors, decisions and ways of working, based on transparency, shared responsibility, active listening and continuous improvement.

The program is based on the LiHS – Leadership in Health & Safety methodology, internationally recognized and supported by the scientific validation of the Università Cattolica of Milan, and represents a single global project bringing together all Group teams around one common principle: safety is a value we build together.
