Spare Parts
Given the specialist nature of each individual product, procurement of spare parts is a fundamental, strategic issue.
There are substantially two ways through which spare parts are supplied:
- FOR STORAGE: in certain circumstances and on the basis of the client’s special requirements, we provide, or are expressly asked to provide, a set of spare parts along with the product. This is usually a method that allows the client, if they so wish, to carry out operations in complete autonomy.
- AS REQUIRED: in other cases, the product is delivered without spare parts and, on the basis of specific requirements, these are made ready and shipped to the client.
As with the assistance, we are organised in accordance with a model that ensures the utmost flexibility and efficiency in the procurement process: all the requests are received and processed by the Headquarters in Rivanazzano Terme, Italy, which ensures the best possible services by sending the material from the closest assistance centre. If unavailable, the parts are sent directly from the production factory.
