TO ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS

Dear Customer,

With reference to the epidemical emergency of COVID-19 presently being experienced here in Italy, we wish to assure you that the situation in Valvitalia is completely under control.

As of today, all of the Italian plants are fully operational and the production of your orders are ongoing regularly. None of our plants are located in the areas identified as a risk nor any employee resides in any of the affected areas. For your information, the risk areas are limited to only 11 Italian Communes from a total of approximately 8,000 in the country.

The Company has however adopted a series of measures introduced to limit the risks of contamination, in the primary interests to protect the health of its employees, their families and the visitors to our plants.

We also take this opportunity to inform you that the Valvitalia China plant is also open and is gradually returning to normal operation.

We are confident that this situation will resolve in the near future and we remain at your full disposal for any ulterior information you may require.
