The Board of Directors appoints Andrea Forzi as Chief Executive Officer

The Board of Directors of Valvitalia Group has appointed engineer Andrea Forzi as the new Chief Executive Officer of the company, replacing Ugo Vinti. Andrea Forzi has a long and extensive experience gained at the helm of international companies operating in the energy sector.

The Board of Directors is now composed of Salvatore Ruggeri (Chairman), Massimiliano Ruggeri (Executive Deputy Chairman), Andrea Forzi (Chief Executive Officer), as well as directors Matteo Fanciullacci, Francesco Gianni, Pier Francesco Ragni and Andrea Alghisi.

To Ugo Vinti, who resigned for personal reasons, goes a heartfelt appreciation for the work completed in the company.



Valvitalia is the most important Italian Group in the production of valves, actuators, fittings, gas reduction and measurement systems and is present in the fire-fighting sector with a division specialized in naval and railway. Its products are installed in 113 countries around the world.

Valvitalia was founded in 2002 by Cav. Lav. Salvatore Ruggeri and his two sons Massimiliano and Luca. Today the Group is 50% controlled by the Ruggeri Family, through Finvalv and the remaining 50% by CDPE Investimenti (CDP Group).
